
Sylvia Snowling
Sylvia Snowling is a property investor and developer in the South East of England. She is well known for her creative problem solving, not taking any prisoners and especially, structuring tax efficient property investment opportunities for her clients.
Sylvia has had a 20+ year career in industry as a Software Engineer, latterly specialising within Information Systems Audit and Anti-Fraud. She has worked both as an employee and consultant for blue chip organisations in New York, London, Frankfurt and Zurich, both in the public and private sectors.
The world of property is so vast and as a natural problem solver, technician, project manager, management accountant and risk analyst, Sylvia Snowling is in her element. She especially likes both the planning and tax challenges! Consequently, the SDLT and Capital Allowances Services offered by Property Positive.

Ros Martin
Ros is an experienced tax consultant who supports and provides reassurance to numerous accountancy firms with their most challenging questions regarding tax law.
She lectures and spends considerable time preparing material which means reading legislation, case law and other publications to see what the latest issues are. Keeping up to date is essential and this requires reading and digesting the latest consultation or draft legislation promptly after publication.
Ros’s lectures cover a variety of audiences from public CPD with the mainstream providers to in-house training for accountancy companies to being a tax training associate with one of the large accountancy firms. She also gets involved in teaching the exam syllabus and will mentor those taking exams with the professional bodies.
Ros’s latest endeavour is creating tax training webinars for professionals. She is aiming to make these concise, informative and practical. The webinars will be both user friendly and commercial.
Don Stevenson
A Charted Structural Engineer by profession, Don CENG, is seen as a construction industry specialist with over 35 years’ experience in the sector.

David Kemp
David is an experienced and respected planning and development consultant with some 15 years experience in planning, environmental and highways law. David’s experience encompasses the public and private sectors, advising and acting for local authorities, landowners, developers and residents’ groups. David has successfully represented developers, owners and occupiers in advising on the legal, policy and procedural aspects of the planning regime. David also works closely with residents groups and local authorities in helping to deliver sustainable development.
David has previously worked as a chartered surveyor in private practice (specialising in planning and property development) and, after being Called to the Bar, worked in the legal departments of several London planning authorities, including the City of Westminster and the London Borough of Islington, before being admitted as a solicitor.
He has had articles published on reforms to the Town and Country Planning regime and is a regular speaker at property-related conferences.

Jay Munoz
A qualified Civil Engineer, Jay Munoz BSc (Hons), MSc, CEng, MICE, is highly technical with a great head for numbers.
Jay understands the financial intricacies of investments and making calculated business decisions. He loves a spreadsheet and can often be found developing new systems and procedures to help the business run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Jay has been a property investor in the UK and overseas for almost a decade, building an impressive portfolio of properties. He has extensive experience in new-build and refurbishment projects ranging from the single home to multi-million pound commercial and residential properties.
